AIG Schedules
2020 - 2021
**Under construction! Check back soon for more details. We are planning on starting Direct services during the third week of school. AIg parents will receive a direct email from the aIg teachers next week with more information.**
*Times and days of lessons are subject to change with the changes of the master school calendar. Schedules at school change for a variety of reasons (testing, PTA events, school assemblies, special performances, field trips, etc...) that we can not always control. We work to provide the best support we can to all of our students and this can mean a change in schedules.*
Identified AIG students in grades 3-5 receive direct pull-out service from the AIG teachers. These small groups occur at least 8 times a quarter in each identified area. This time is spent working in small groups on enrichment and extension lessons that are based on the current grade level curriculum. Each session lasts 45 minutes. Since the AIG teachers don't have their own classroom these small groups are held in the tracked out cottages. Every three weeks the AIG teachers move to a new cottage. We have a great system and the students adapt easily! AIG students also receive indirect service via the AIG teachers collaborating with teachers at their weekly planning and PLT meetings.
The AIG direct service schedule can change due to special events at school, field trips, teacher meetings, track out schedules, etc... We work to ensure students are served directly at least once a week in each area of identification.
